The Quincy appellation has long been seen as an affordable alternative to Sancerre and shares much of the pedigree of its more famous neighbour. Stylish, subtle Sauvignon Blanc flavours from rising star Elodie Vilpellet at her tiny Domaine de L'Epine, and award-winning estate. The domaine boasts the classic sand/gravel soil profile of the Quincy appellation, giving a pure, ripe style of Sauvignon Blanc. Elodie is converting the vineyard to organic status, she will be certified in 2024.
